Der er to vigtige faktorer som g\u00f8r sig g\u00e6ldende i forhold til styrets- og bremsegrebets vinkel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den f\u00f8rste er belastningen af h\u00e5ndfladerne samt h\u00e5ndleddets vinkel. En centreret belastning kan afklemme eksempelvis n. Ulnaris. Det vil resultere i manglende sensibilitet og nedsat styrke af fingrenes muskler (dem som spreder og samlet fingrene).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den anden faktor ved styr-\/bremsegreb vinklen, er p\u00e5virkning p\u00e5 skulder og ryg. Hvis vinklen er for stejl (styret peger op), belastes forsiden af skuldrene og man vil m\u00e6rke et \u00f8get svaj af ryggen. Det er vigtig at have en j\u00e6vn belastning p\u00e5 h\u00e5ndfladen. Det kan godt kr\u00e6ve lidt tid og omhu, men det er godt givet ud p\u00e5 den lange bane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Begge faktorer kan \u00e6ndres med sm\u00e5 justeringer og give en m\u00e6rkbar forbedring af komfort p\u00e5 cyklen &#8211; is\u00e6r p\u00e5 de l\u00e6ngere ture.
