H\u00e6lspore eller svangsenebet\u00e6ndelse<\/strong>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smerte under h\u00e6len er en meget almindelig tilstand blandt den danske befolkning. Det er normal praksis at bruge betegnelsen <em>h\u00e6lspore<\/em> i forbindelse med smerter under h\u00e6len, men i virkeligheden er der ofte tale om en overbelastning af svangsenen, p\u00e5 latin kaldet <em>plantar fasciitis<\/em>. Det kan v\u00e6re en yderst smertefuld tilstand, der karakteriseres ved direkte smerte under og p\u00e5 indersiden af h\u00e6len. Smerten er v\u00e6rst om morgenen og efter perioder med inaktivitet og den aftager typisk i l\u00f8bet af dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Smertens karakteristika<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Direkte smerte under eller p\u00e5 indersiden af h\u00e6len.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e6rst om morgen n\u00e5r du tr\u00e6der ud af sengen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ved gang efter efter siddende\/liggende pause.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ved st\u00e5ende\/g\u00e5ende aktivitet over l\u00e6ngere tid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e5r t\u00e6erne b\u00f8jes op og der kommer str\u00e6k p\u00e5 senen ogs\u00e5 kaldet Windlass effekten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>H\u00e6lspore<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En h\u00e6lspore er faktisk en knogleudv\u00e6kst p\u00e5 h\u00e6lknoglen. Hvis du har en h\u00e6lspore betyder det ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis du har smerter, men hvis den giver smerter ligner symptomer og forl\u00f8b netop en svangsene irritation. Tilstanden skyldes en overbelastning af svangsenen der udspringer fra h\u00e6lknoglen og h\u00e6fter midt p\u00e5 fodens 5 t\u00e6er. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der er flere faktorer som kan have indflydelse p\u00e5 overbelastning af svangsenen. Det kan skyldes overv\u00e6gt, stramme l\u00e6gge,  flad svangbue\/platfodethed, forkert fodt\u00f8j eller \u00e6ndringer i tr\u00e6ningsm\u00f8nster. De fleste plejer at beskrive en periode med \u00f8get l\u00f8be- eller gangaktivitet som den udl\u00f8sende faktor for smerten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Kan det behandles?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Svangsenebet\u00e6ndelse (plantar fasciitis)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ja, der er en god sandsynlighed for du med behandling og m\u00e5lrettet tr\u00e6ning vil opleve at smerten aftager. Forl\u00f8bets varighed afh\u00e6nger meget af hvor lang tid du har haft irritationen og hvor kraftige gener du har.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Typisk vil det meste af forl\u00f8bet kunne klares med hjemmetr\u00e6nings\u00f8velser indledt med vejledning af en fysioterapeut De prim\u00e6re \u00f8velser best\u00e5r af str\u00e6k af svangsene og l\u00e6gsmuskulatur. Nogle kan have fordel af indl\u00e6gss\u00e5ler (med let l\u00f8ft af h\u00e6len \u2013 ingen forskel p\u00e5 dyre special fremstillede s\u00e5l ift. billigere) samt <em>optapening<\/em>  for at aflaste det smertefulde omr\u00e5de. Hvis du skal vende tilbage til l\u00f8b eller anden sport, er det vigtigt at dosere tr\u00e6ningsm\u00e6ngden korrekt og starte p\u00e5 den rette intensitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Tips til at komme af med smerten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Udsp\u00e6nding med bold<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brug en bl\u00f8d bold der er til at styre p\u00e5 underlaget. Rul den langsomt fra h\u00e6l til t\u00e5 og l\u00f8ft efter efter h\u00e6len fra gulvet. Hav v\u00e6gten placeret p\u00e5 mellemfoden og l\u00e6g et h\u00e5ndkl\u00e6de under t\u00e6erne s\u00e5 de b\u00f8jer let op. Kom op p\u00e5 t\u00e6er p\u00e5 3 sekunder, hold positionen 2 sekunder, og s\u00e6nk langsomt p\u00e5 2 sekunder. Gentag bev\u00e6gelsen 3 x 10 gange. Det er dog vigtig den aftager umiddelbart efter tr\u00e6ningspasset. Man bruger NRS til at vurdere smerte intensitet. Den sp\u00e6nder fra 0-10, hvor 0 er ingen smerte og 10 er den v\u00e6rst t\u00e6nkelig smerte.
